📦 Packages that are lost during transportation can be accepted for a send again. As a small business, we want to be transparent with our customers. If packages are lost, it impacts us significantly, and we will need to conduct a deeper investigation to resolve the issue 💕

⏳ Orders received after 5PM (UK timing) Monday to Saturday and 3PM (UK timing on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

Finally, we would like to inform you that UK 🇬🇧 customers who order from our company will receive their items faster than our International 🌏 orders due to shipping logistics. While we strive to ensure timely delivery for all orders, please keep in mind that International shipping may take longer due to customs and other factors.
